Business Park’s most exciting establishments are taking shape swiftly to open
later this year, allowing not only onlookers and visitors to anticipate but

next must-see destinations and its latest construction updates:
Latest Construction update - April 2016
The Festive Walk Mall is a the township’s high-end shopping
center where international boutiques, retail shops, bistros, an events center
and 8 world-class cinemas defines ultimate leisure and entertainment. It will have
a Mall Annex right across the street that will also house a lot of retails
shops and commercial outlets as well. As of April 2016, the construction update
is halfway and as expected, the grand opening will happen at the last quarter
this year.

Future Perspective - Street of Festive Walk
A 1.1-kilometer longest retail and dining strip in Visayas
and Mindanao where prominent restaurants, bistros, pubs, retail shops and
boutique showcase a defining new lifestyle in the region. It will be a
long-stretching entertainment destination where Ilonggos can converge and enjoy
the best cuisines, window shopping and a lot more. There will be some open
spaces and mini parks for walking among onlookers. This month, the construction
update is more than 50% and still
ongoing, preparing for a possible last quarter of 2016 soft opening.
